Hello. My name is Gary Hasson. Thank you very much for taking the time to learn more about Agel.

My objective of this brief audio presentation over the next few minutes is to share with you information that caused me and so many others to want to benefit from the products and business being offered today by Agel. Agel is spelled A-G-E-L and it's just that. It's a gel.

Now a series of fortunate events occurred recently that led to the development of a unique company that is breaking records in the network marketing industry. We will discuss those events and how you can participate with this company should you choose to take action now as we become the next global success story in the nutrition and wellness industry.

Before that, I think it's important that you know where I'm coming from and what brings me here today. I grew up on a small farm in Idaho and I'd always been taught that if I had a good education, worked hard with a good company everything would work out fine. Do you know people who have tried that? Well I graduated after seven years in college and in 1989 I started working in the finance department of a major software company called Novell. Novell is headquartered in Provo, Utah, which happens to be the home of a very large and successful network marketing company. I had never really paid much attention to network marketing until I met a few people who were making more money in a month as distributors with that company, than I was making in a year at Novell.

Now, I don't know about you but when I meet someone who is making more money in a month than I am making in a year, and they're willing to show me how they're doing it, I tend to be open-minded. It was not just about the money either, but the fact that I could be in business for myself, having the freedom to do what I want, when I want, instead of having someone else control my life One of those leaders was Craig Bryson who lived up the street from us at the time. He had my undivided attention when he showed me his check that was over $173,000 from the previous month. When I first met Craig, I thought, if this guy can make six figures a month, I can do at least half that. And you're probably thinking that if this farm boy from Idaho can do it, so can I. This is not a get rich quick scheme. It is simply a vehicle that through hard work and with the proper commitment you have the potential to accomplish your financial objectives whether they're large or small. It's simply a vehicle that has the mechanics of wealth in it.

The Agel story begins with the founder of our company. A man by the name of Glenn Jensen. Before starting Agel, Glenn had worked with or started four industry giants, all of which are still in business with annual sales ranging from 300 million to over one billion U.S. dollars in sales annually. Glenn had the idea of taking nutritional supplements and wellness products and putting them in a single serving gel pack. We call them gelceuticals. You've heard of pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals. Well, we're the first to introduce gelceuticals. We shipped our first products in May of 2005. This brilliant idea of gelceuticals attracted a lot of attention when it came to raising the capital needed to start this venture. Glenn decided to accept funding from Ash Capital early on. Ash Capital is the private investment firm of billionaire Alan Ashton, who in the early 1980s started the world's first word processing software company called Word Perfect. This funding has allowed us to assemble a management team that has never been seen before by a start-up network marketing company.

We've discussed a little about Glenn's background, our CEO. The president of Agel is Craig Bradley. Craig also has a long resume containing years of experience in the network marketing industry. Glenn and Craig have assembled one of the most qualified management teams in our industry. There are some great companies out there, but I am confident that none of them had what we have from the inception. Again, the idea attracted the funding; the funding allowed us to pull together this management team from some of the most successful companies in our industries. These factors, the experience of the management team and the financial resources allowed us to open 12 countries our very first month. That has never been done in the history of our industry. All this combined with the Agel pay plan that we will discuss shortly, has in turn attracted some of the most talented leaders on the distributor side, international field leadership that I've never seen before with a start-up company.

In the final part of this series of fortunate events, that in reality is just the beginning is the fact that we will do over five million dollars in sales our very first month. We're not just breaking industry records; we shattering them. Craig Bradley, our company president, spent eight years at one of the network marketing companies. Most respected in our industry and he told me it took them five years to reach five million dollars in monthly sales. Agel has done that in our first two weeks of shipping products.

You have the opportunity to be a part of history. You see all companies start on the bottom left hand corner of the graph and, if they're lucky, they grow and move along slowly to the right hand of that chart. The majority never get off the ground either due to lack of funding, inexperienced management or slow growth. While I believe those three critical issues have been handled. Is there risk involved with the start-up? You bet there is. I'd be lying if I said there was no risk involved here, but I'm here today due to the fact that I believe the risk has been minimalized due to the factors I've already mentioned. And with risk comes great opportunity.

The first phase of a company's growth is typically known as ground floor. Unfortunately, statistics say that over 90 percent of all companies never get off the ground floor and don't even make it past their first year. The first network marketing company I joined started in 1984 and it was then 1990. They had already reached the point of critical mass and were in a phase of momentum and incredible growth. That growth was eventually sustained in a phase called stability by expanding into other countries and introducing new products. Today they do over a billion dollars in sales annually.

I spent 18 months as a distributor with that company and learned much during that time from the top leaders, as well as from the research I did of over 200 companies in this industry. Then I learned about a company that was in its formulation phase. I worked that business part-time until my monthly check exceeded $10,000. Then I helped open several international markets, was able to double that income and was able to pull income from all over the world. Then was able to double that income again. Again, running this business from my home with a phone and a computer. I spent 11 years helping grow that company.

Today, Agel is in the bottom left hand corner of that growth chart, but not for long. We will continue to move along the chart and as our products begin to go from obscure to popularized and as more and more of you begin earning significant incomes, there will come a time when we will hit a point of critical mass. Peter Drucker, one of the greatest business minds, once wrote, "Growth is what multiplies and magnifies our efforts." You are in a position to capitalize on the growth ahead by laying the foundation today. Historically our industry has been known for its many personal success stories of rags to riches. Today, there's an added dimension as well. There are thousands joining us that are highly educated and successful in their fields. They feel over-qualified and underpaid or they make a great income, but they have no time to enjoy it.

The solution for many is being found every day through network marketing. In the August, 2004 issue of Fortune magazine, there was this article on our industry called the Direct Selling Phenomenon stating, "The industry is exploding in the U.S. and across the globe as companies recognize the value of interpersonal marketing." In the article a managing partner of a New York investment firm referred to our industry as, "the best kept secret of the business world." Well, the word is getting out. Many of you have heard of Warren Buffet, arguably the best investor of all time and currently the second wealthiest person in the world, second only to Bill Gates. Well Warren Buffet is so optimistic about our industry that he purchased a network marketing company two years ago. The article stated that "perhaps the biggest boost to global expansion has come from the internet and other technology and we now have the ability to communicate with thousands of independent distributors all over the world."

Books are being written about the success of our industry and the cause of this growth. One I recently read is called The New Professional: the Rise of Network Marketing as the Next Profession, by Dr. Charles King, who received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard University and is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The co-author of this book is James Robinson, who is currently the senior advisor to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. As you can see, unlike 15 to 20 years ago, we don't have to prove to anyone that network marketing works. It works when done correctly and it represents the most efficient way to move products from the manufacturer to the end line consumer.

I'd like to talk briefly about our product line. Now I don't profess to be a nutritional product expert, so I encourage you to listen to my friend, Dr. Todd Nilson, who will discuss the products in detail when I finish. He is the director of the Agel Professional Advisory Team. At Agel we have a vitamin and mineral supplement gel called MIN, the first three letters of mineral and the last three letters of vitamin. We also have a gel for weight management called FIT, F-I-T; an energy gel called OHM, O-H-M; and a super food high antioxidant gel with 14 fruits that contain anti-aging properties called EXO, E-X-O, which is short for exotic fruits.

The Agel products are visual, emotional, and consumable. These three elements are critical since most of us do not consider ourselves to be sales people. When the use of our products create a visual difference in the way a person looks and the way a person feels, like our weight loss products or our energy products, they become emotionally attached and share those positive results with others. Most people do network marketing every day; they just don't get paid for it. When we see a good movie, enjoy a certain product or service, know of a good health care provider, we tend to share that information with others. And because we are all different, the product line must be broad based. We are launching with four unique products and have dozens more on the drawing board. You won't hear any outrageous health claims or find any thigh creams or hair growth tonics here, just scientifically proven products that work.

History has also proven that there is another critical element for success. The product line must be highly consumable. To be able to be creating a network of consumers that continues to generate income for years to come, we must have a product line that gets used up regularly, preferably monthly, and reordered again and again. Agel has those products. We refer to Agel distributors as team members. As a team member, the income you receive from your Agel business will be in direct proportion to your ability to recommend the Agel products to others and follow a proven system giving you the ability to build an organization of people who, like you, build a customer base along with an organization of their own.

Many of the Agel products are to be taken daily and others are taken only as needed. I take the Agel MIN and the Agel EXO daily. There are other Agel products that I only take as needed, like our energy gel OHM. For the first time in the nutritional industry, we don't find ourselves having to prove to anyone that our pills are better than their pills or that our juice is better than their juice. We are the first and only gelceutical company in the world and have the highest quality products with the most advanced science available on the market today. The products are visual, emotional, consumable and priced for the masses. What excites me most about our products is the ease of sampling. Let's say for example you and I are sitting down having lunch together. I pull out my little packet of vitamins, as many of you have seen before, and I take those vitamin supplements before I eat my meal.

What is the chance of you asking me, "What am I doing, Gary?" Well, you're not going to ask me that because you know I'm taking my pills or some medication, but let's say I pull out this attractive gel pack that fits in my hand. It's about the size, two or three sizes of a ketchup or mustard pack that you'd pick up at a fast food restaurant. Well, if I pull out this packet, it looks attractive and I rip off the top and I squirt that gel in my mouth, I'm pretty confident you're going to ask me, "Gary, what in the world are you doing? What is that?" And I'm not just going to be able to tell you, but more importantly I'm going to be able to slide one of those across the table and say, "Here. Try this. This is a new gelceutical product by Agel. Let's talk about it." They're going to start to ask you questions instead of you feeling like you're a salesperson. That has never been done in our industry before. The ease of sampling. That is what network marketing is all about. It's being able to share something that you're excited about and have others ask you questions.

What do you think are the two biggest concerns in general for most adults? I believe it's their health and their finances. Agel has the products that address their needs and our business is a vehicle that will allow them to supplement their income without interfering with their present line of work, or it can become a primary source of income as it has for me and many others. We are currently participating in a $200 billion industry. Can anyone honestly dispute the fact that these markets are going to continue to grow? In his book, The Next Trillion, well known economist Paul Zane Pilzer, predicts that the wellness industry will be the next trillion dollar industry creating a literal wellness revolution.

Let's now turn our attention to how we make money. There are three types of income in the world today. There's linear income, residual income and leveraged income. Linear income is when you exchange time for money. You work a day, you get paid for a day; you work a year, you get paid a salary. If you don't work, you don't get paid. Residual income is when you get paid multiple times for the work you perform once. An example would be when a musician gets paid every time one of her CDs is sold or every time I renew my insurance policy, my agent gets a commission. He could be out on the golf course or fishing in Alaska, but he still gets that commission. That's residual income. Then there's leveraged income. When you get paid on the efforts of others. An example would be a business owner. The Agel compensation plan allows you to earn all of these types of income including leveraged income, but without the headaches associates with a traditional business.

You can refer to our two page compensation plan document for complete details, but I would like to summarize the seven profit centers right now. Obviously as an independent team member with Agel, you can buy the products at wholesale and turn around and sell them at retail. That's not a huge part of our business because people generally opt to enroll as a team member to buy the products at wholesale. Our second profit center would be our fast start earnings. When you enroll somebody at the executive level, which is one thousand dollars worth of our products and some business tools, you qualify to receive a $200 bonus on their initial product order.

When you enroll someone in the business at the leadership level, $600 worth of our products, you will become eligible to receive a $75 bonus on their initial product order. Then finally, when you enroll someone at the business builder level, $200 of product, you will become eligible to receive a $35 bonus on your initial product order. Well, at that point the only thing that's required to qualify for commissions is to have $120 worth of products on our auto-delivery program. It's kind of like a magazine subscription; you fill out a form once and those products are drop shipped to your door every month and you have the option to modify that order at any given time.

Well, my goal when I bring someone into the business is to teach them how they can recoup their initial investment their very first month. If somebody enrolls in my business and they join at that thousand dollar executive level, that's the level I start all those who have a goal to make over a thousand dollars or more a month in this business. If their goal is less, then it may not be necessary for them to get started at that high of a level, but I want them to get started at the highest appropriate level so they can maximize this compensation plan. If you enroll four people at that executive option, you earn $200 each, that's $800, but you would also tap into what we call our Global Performance bonus. In any given month that you enroll four individuals into our business at one of the qualifying levels, you tap into our Global Performance bonus.

So if you enrolled four people that first month and they came in at the same level you did at that executive level, your first commission check would be well over what your initial investment was into your business. You show me a business today in our society where you can get started and turn a profit in your first 30 to 60 days; it's not likely. Again, this is not a get rich quick scheme, but we have people that are generating much greater incomes than that their very first month in the business. Five times, ten times that. In fact like I mentioned earlier, we will have some of the biggest checks in network marketing history due to the fact that we did over five million dollars in sales our very first month.

The next profit center would be our team volume commissions. You can earn ten percent per month in team volume commissions on the commission of volume generated in the lesser of your two legs. You're not required to go out and build two legs. You can make a good income just building one organization straight down one leg, but we optimize the pay plan by going out and building two legs. When I started the business, I put one of my right, one on my left. You only have two positions there to fill, then you go out and start enrolling people below those two. So obviously as I continue to enroll people over the months, those legs tend to grow and one is generally going to run faster than the other.

So let's take for example, one of my legs is doing $11,000 in volume; the other is doing $10,000 in volume. Well the company's going to pay a ten percent commission on the smaller of those two legs, which would be my $10,000 leg, so my commission would be $1,000. Well, my goal was not just to make a thousand dollars; my goal was to make a nice five figure income. In fact, my first month, my small leg was going to do well over $150,000 in volume. So it's pretty easy to calculate what I will make just in that one profit center. Again, we have seven profit centers and that's why I'm confident that the biggest checks in network marketing history will come out of this compensation plan. I've done extremely well in the industry over the last 15 years, but I've never made this kind of money my very first month.

Profit center number four: our leveraged matching bonus. Well, in that example where we had $10,000 in one leg and $11,000 in the large leg, you made a thousand dollars team volume commission. Well, the person who enrolled you in the business is going to receive a matching bonus for that activity, for bringing that volume to the business. In this example, where you made a thousand, the person who enrolled you is going to qualify to earn a leveraged matching bonus of anywhere from 30 percent to 50 percent. So let's say they qualify for the top 50 percent; 50 percent of a thousand dollars would be $500. So they would qualify for a $500 bonus just on your organization. Well, I've enrolled almost 50 people in the last several months and I can tell you I've worked hard at this.

So I'm not saying everyone's going to be able to do that, but I have people out of those 50 individuals, I have some that are going to earn bonuses, team volume commissions $500; some will do $10,000; some will do $15,000. So my matching bonuses are going to be very significant in this compensation plan. And it's not just on the people you personally enroll. This is what I believe is a license to print money when you understand this leverage matching bonus. It goes down seven generations; not seven levels, seven generations. So let's back up. Let's say I enroll you, you go out and enroll another individual and you put it in there five or ten levels down. It really doesn't matter how far down they are, but that would be considered my second generation. If that person goes and enrolls somebody, again it doesn't matter where they're placed, that person would be third generation. And we go down seven generations.

Thirty to 50 on the first; there are some qualifications there to get more than 30 percent, but the second generation eight percent; third generation eight; fourth generation, eight; fifth generation, ten percent; sixth generation, ten percent and on that seventh generation, six percent. When you internalize this, you're going to experience what we call a sleepless night. So if you can imagine this two-legged structure and then you throw on top of that a seven generational payout, I'm confident you understand why people are losing sleep about this compensation plan. That's why I'm getting up an hour earlier; staying up an hour later because I realize every hour I put into this business is going to be worth ten hours two or three years from now.

Next profit center, we have a leadership bonus. That leadership bonus is three percent of the company sales that's divided amongst qualified senior directors. Be sure to refer to the compensation plan to understand more about that.

Again, previously we talked about the global performance bonus that was three percent of the entire company sales by enrolling four people in any given month. You get to participate in that three percent pool. Our leadership bonus is designed for those leaders that can tap into another three percent bonus pool in our executive bonus. This is three percent of the commission of volume that is paid out to those who are participating at the executive level. This is a weighted average bonus depending on the growth in the team volume commissions month to month. So as your small leg, every increment of a thousand dollars that that smaller leg grows, you qualify for one share of that three percent bonus.

And I can tell you this that in my experience in this industry, this is a bonus that will allow people to bridge that gap. They may start off with a good income and then sometimes people's income tend to dip before they kick into that residual income aspects of network marketing. Well this is going to cause people to be able to sustain that income where they can justify putting the time in because they're being rewarded by tapping in to the entire company sales.

Well, those are the seven profit centers in summary and again, my intent was not to go into great detail. What I would like to do is refer you to a video discussion of the compensation plan in detail by one of our top leaders and that is found at Howearly.com, H-O-W-E-A-R-L-Y. There's a video that's best used with high speed access, but I can tell you when you look at this compensation plan in writing, when you view it on video, I'm confident you're going to be as excited as I am.

Well, to help you better understand the leverage aspect of our business, let's say you enroll three people and teach those three how to enroll three. So you have nine on your second generation; not necessarily your second level, but your second generation. And when those nine enroll three, you have 27 on your third generation including yourself, if you total those up, three, nine and 27, that's a total of 40 people. The majority of Agel team members work their business on a very part-time basis; five to ten hours a week. If everyone worked just one hour a day in this example, you are getting paid on the efforts of 40 hours. Now if you're like me, you work pretty hard and live a busy life, but I know you can't work 40 hours in a day. Well, this is what leverage is all about and once I understood this principle, I had that sleepless night. If you haven't had it yet, you will.

Do you know at least three people who want more out of life than they now have. Maybe better health, better income. Or maybe they have a great income, but don't have the time to do the things they enjoy or spend time with those they care about most. My guess is you know a lot more than just three people. And if you bring in at least three or four people in a month, you are going to build a phenomenal business with Agel. Do you think those people know at least three or four people? This is a very simple business. It is not easy, but it is simple.

In closing, please be sure to thank the person who introduced you to Agel. They cared enough about you to share what they know about our wellness products and felt that Agel could become a better company as a result of your participation with us. At this point, you basically have three options. The first option is to do nothing. We realize that this business is not for everyone, but I do believe that everybody on this planet should be using our products. Second option; you'd like to benefit from our products. And third, you'd like to benefit from our products and build a business of your own with Agel.

As one of the founding team members with Agel, I believe those who make a major contribution to this company over the coming months and years will look back and say, "I'm glad I did" instead of "I wish I had." I also believe there are two keys to success. Being in the right place at the right time and then doing something about it. Only you will know if it's the right time in your life to take action. I also have heard this definition of insanity: doing the same things over and over expecting different results. Agel could just be your chance to make a change.
