Julie A. Allan - Agel Australia Team Leader
Julie has had an immensely full life. At a very young age in the 80's she successfully managed a Money Market and other Financial Institutional functions. Then went on to a practicing financial planning and advising career; building up a global electronics company's client base, multiplying the client base tenfold within six months. Julie, then believes she made the most wonderful career choice of her life, Motherhood.
Motherhood continues to help her to develop the kind of empathetic listening skills and boundary strengthening; adding further qualities to her 'Love of People' skills. She guides another to unfold in an authentic and natural way. She is quite driven by the desire to put sincere and genuine smiles on peoples' faces.
One valuable skill developed from parenting is the ability to also learn from the children. Learning from one another. During this period before Agel, Julie developed a healthy MLM business with a childrenswear company in between children, had wonderful learning experiences, two overseas trips with superb leadership training with world renown trainers.
Over the past nine years, Julie has immersed herself passionately (as she does) into the field of natural therapies; training in many different therapeutic and vibrational modalities; counseling (clay and water colour) and psychotherapeutic studies/research, spiritual science studies, pedagogical medicine (to name but a few). The past nine years living alone with her two wonderful young men has afforded Julie the luxury of space and time to develop wholistic skills of which she offers through her small business. Now, with developing her Agel organisation.
In 2005, Julie developed a small business - 'Conversations with Julie' , 'Inspirare' and 'Out of the Box Communications' - Inspiring others to create a life without their emotional patterns interfering with their creation process. This emerged from a Global Forum she attended last year, in Vienna, of leveraging sustainability in business/education/coaching; practicing the 'world cafe' conversational model of dialoguing. Focussing on People, Planet and Profits within a business/organisation/individual.
In Julie's words......"I have had a lot of trouble writing about myself. What do people need to know about me? I am more than my past, which is only part of what brings me to the now, 'just Julie'. What lies within us and what we do with that is, for me, far more important. 'Now', is all that matters.
Then I realised, that it is important to share with you my sincere passion and excitement with this 'Agel Opportunity'.....your opportunity right now.
One day, I trust that you will be with me offering these instantly bio-availably nutrients to the undernourished children and adults of this world (people without water for taking pills, without teeth to chew) - All Free for them. That would really help me to fullfil my childhood dreams. And I imagine that I will have many a friend with me. Wouldn't it be great to be sitting on the ground with these wonderful and less fortunate souls along with their aid carers, really offering a genuine gift of love?

It is early days for me (perfect timing for you), so you still have time to get on board and we can all grow together as human beings really making a difference in this world.
I have searched and waited for a very long time to have at my disposal such an enormous vehicle filled with such potential, whereby not only will I reach a level of success, so will many,many others come with me (and surpass me) for many years to come.
I will also share with you that I chose this Team to join under. After privately making my decision to do this business, I was well aware of the rare position we are in with the company being so young; we could be near the top. I possess quite a high integrity, and with that, I then set about to find the right team for me to be with. A team that I knew would give me the space to develop at my pace; respect the wonderful connections I have, treat them as valued business partners, and not bug them.
What is wonderful about this search of mine, is that, I had at my disposal a few teams I could have gone with. In the end, I chose this group of delightful (and successful) people for their qualities as human beings that I would like to learn and grow with.
I trust that you are realising by now that you deserve to give yourself the kind of gift that I gave myself. You will have sleepless nights of excitement and creativity. It bubbles up and overflows, just like a new lover.
I have been blessed enough to have had many generous and loving people in my life. My heart is warmly moved each and every day with the people I encounter across this whole Agel enterprise. I find them to be amongst the most caring, fun loving and generous people....all assembling within the one 'Agel Vision'.......whoa .....the monumental power of this is wonder-filled, and awesome.
To deliver a quality product, to be supported by quality people, to access the most sophisticated free, online training and business tools under one umbrella. I was quite a 'computer dummy', (I still am, a little) hence, our group offers 'Agel for Dummies' support systems (oh well, I do). We have fun with it.
