Luc Andria - Agel World Team Leader
In today's world, most successful companies are global businesses. Similarly, to succeed in such an environment requires a global outlook and putting yourself in front of powerful, emerging trends.

I would like to highlight my global personal background, my journey that lead me to discover Agel and why Agel could be your chance to change your life forever.
Citizen of the World
I was born in Strasbourg, France to a Madagascan father and a mother of Polish descent. Growing up at the heart of Europe motivated me to learn so many languages and cultures from a young age: French, German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian… Even now, I am learning new languages such as Turkish - in order to entertain Ebru, my Turkish wife.
My education also has a very international flavour, having attended leading institutions such as Harvard Business School (MBA, Boston), ESSEC (Economics, Paris), Pacific University (Law, French Polynesia) or Coppead (Management, Rio de Janeiro).
My career has taken me to all corners of the globe. I have worked in such places as Tahiti with the French Navy, Japan and the US. My wife Ebru and I now live in London, a truly cosmopolitan city.
Crossroads
You might be reading this and finding yourself at a crossroads. This is just the situation I found myself in a few years ago. Let me explain my journey to that crossroads.
I started my professional life as an entrepreneur, marketing a product I developed with a team of classmates - Lingofoly's, an innovative and fun educational tool, which subsequently received 8 major French & European awards.
Later on my career was about facilitating the success of other people. In the corporate world, I consulted for clients such as a European royal family, internet "paper" millionaires and technology entrepreneurs at companies like Bain International and Morgan Stanley. I also built a pan-European business for a Fortune 500 company working as a marketing & business development executive. Looking back, I feel I gained many valuable skills such as client management, teamwork and all facets of traditional marketing.
I am sure you will agree that quality of life should not have to come at the expense of your career. My feeling was that there had to be a better way to get the lifestyle I desired whilst still pursuing a rewarding and fulfilling career.
My next move was to capitalise on the network of connections that I had previously built, in a recently discovered area, kiteboarding. Using guerrilla and buzz marketing techniques, and the power of word of mouth, we grew this cutting-edge Gen X sport from a niche market to a worldwide recognised phenomenon.
To my good fortune, a friend from Harvard then introduced me to the world of network marketing. I immediately recognised that this was the perfect business model to realise my goal of time and financial freedom. My moment of epiphany had arrived.
