News - Questions About Joining Agel

I found out about Agel from a friend who is friends with the founder and president Glen Jensen. I joined in March 2005 before the product was even available, before there were many web sites and before there was much information about the company. I was so impressed with the quality of the management team, start-up capital source, product idea and compensation plan, that I knew that Agel would be the next big thing in network marketing.

I have dabbled in the network marketing business for about 10 years, but never really saw any significant success. I always had trouble telling people about the products, got tired of using them, or gave up after months of little success. I joined Agel as soon as I could in early March of 2005. I now have over 500 people in my business in 7 different countries.

The growth is phenomenal. I have never seen a product with more universal appeal, nor a compensation plan designed to continuously reward Team Members for their efforts.

I have met Randy Schroeder several times and listened to many of his presentations. His was one of the first presentations I attended in early March and I was impressed by his knowledge, common sense and enthusiasm. I don't know much about him or his background other that what he has said in his presentations and on the Internet. But frankly, I don't care.

I see Agel as a unique opportunity both for the timing of the business growth and for the universal appeal of the product, regardless of what anyone else says about it. I have done my own market research and found that there is no better opportunity available today - no better product, no better company, no better compensation plan, and no better opportunity.

Currently Agel has about 26,000 Team Members, with about 7,000 of them in the USA. Yes, there are more Agel members outside of the USA than within. Agel opened in 10 countries the first month product shipped and is now in 12 countries. Agel did an industry record $5,000,000US in sales in its first month.

People in and out of the network marketing industry are starting to take notice and that means the exponential growth is about to begin. I am making sure that I am positioned and have my team and organization in place to take advantage of this coming growth. I believe that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with a product and company that has all the right pieces for incredible success.

One skill we have developed over the past few years is marketing products through the Internet. We are applying these skills to the WhyAgel.com web site and we are now the most popular Agel web site on the Internet, second only to the corporate site Agel.com. We have daily visitors from all around the world as you can see in our Welcome section.

We already have large teams in Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. Working our business on a global scale is challenging but we are building tools and resources to help us help our teams. Most of our tools (pamphlets, CDs, DVD, web site, etc.) have been in English up to now, but we are beginning the process of translating our tools and information into other languages.

We have organized our team into geographical locations as you can see on WhyAgel.com. We refer leads and inquires from people all over the world to our team leaders in each location. This way people can have support and leadership in their own language and culture. We also rely on our world-wide team leaders to help provide input, suggestions, requests and translation services to help expand our tools.

World Team Leaders will have access to the newest tools, will be on our advisory board and will be the first to know what is happening in the Agel world. We are based in Utah, not far from the Agel corporate offices and have team leaders that meet regularly with the Agel executives for information, updates and suggestions.

The Agel executive team has been very open to suggestions and advice and has implemented several of our requests. As we keep ourselves informed on the progress and news about the Agel company, we can better help our Team Members prepare for and take advantage of new opportunities presented by the growth of the Agel business.
