News - Compensaton Plan For India

The only fixed amounts in the compensation plan are the Fast Start Bonuses. There are two compensation plans, one for developed economies (US, Canada, etc.) and one for developing economies (Malaysia, Philipines, etc.).
At this point it has not been decided by the Agel corporate office which plan India will fall under so I will give you information for both plans.
The only fixed amounts in the Agel compensation plan are the Fast Start Bonuses.
When you sponsor a new team member you receive a Fast Start Bonus. The bonus amount depends on the level at which the person joined; Business Builder, Leadership, or Executive.
Here are the amounts in US$ and IR for the Developed Economies Compensation Plan:

Here are the amounts in US$ and IR for the Developing Economies Compensation Plan:

These amounts are based on a conversion ration of $1 USD = 44.3 IDR as shown on http://www.xe.com on October 7, 2005.
The rest of the compensation plan depends on your work to build your business and your downline.
For example, if you build a business with 20 people on both your left and right sides and each of these people is purchasing 2 boxes of product each month (50 volume per box), you will have 20 x 100 or 2000 volume on both sides.
Since the Team Volume Commission is based on 10% of the volume on your smaller side you will be paid the equivalent of $200 (10% of 2000), which using the above mentioned conversion ratio is 8,856 IDR.
The Team Volume Commission is the same for the Developed and Developing Economies Compensation Plans.
As with the Team Volume Commission, all other elements of the Compensation Plan vary based on the volume of your organization and your sponsoring new team members. These elements are:
- Global Performance Pool - 3% of Global Sales - Shares awarded for sponsoring new team members in groups of 4 members.
- Executive Bonus Pool - 3% of Global Sales - Shares awarded to Executive Level members for 1000 volume growth on smaller side.
- Leadership Pool - 3% of Global Sales - Shares awarded to Team Members who have achieved 40,000+ volume on smaller side.
- Leveraged Matching Bonus - Matching bonus paid based on personally sponsored Team Members down through 7 levels of sponsorship. The amount is a matching bonus of 6-50% of the Team Members Team Volume Commission.
And you can always make money selling the products retail for whatever amount you deem appropriate.
