The Agel Compensation Plan is designed to help you develop and maintain a strong, steady residual income.

Let's face it, we're in this for the MONEY!
Yes, we love the products and they do help us maintain and improve our heath, but it's really our "financial health" that motivates us to get out of our comfort zone and build our Agel business.
So how does the money thing work? How do we get paid? What kind of money can we make and how fast can we make it?
Let's start at the beginning: You start your Agel business by enrolling as a Team Member and placing an Activation Order.
It is critical to start your business correctly by placing the appropriate Activation Order.
Choose the right entry level and the corresponding Activation Order to build your business. To get started building your dreams with Agel, your first step is enrolling to become a Team Member. The membership enrollment fee is US $35. For that you will receive:
- Agel Starter Kit
- "Power Training" CD Set
- Agel Team Member ID Number
- Access to the Agel Back Office System for ordering product and enrolling new Team Members
To become eligible to participate in the Agel pay plan you must place an Activation Order by purchasing one of the following Business Kits:
The Personal Pack - For people who want to retail the products to friends and family.
This kit is for you if you want a small starting inventory to retail the Agel product line to your friends and family. This kit is also ideal if you are just planning on using the products but would also like the opportunity to make some extra money or even pay for your products, just by recommending Agel to others.
The Personal Pack Includes:
- 4 boxes of product (you select which)
- One packet of 20 product brochures
- One Choosing Success magazine
- Starter Kit (also pictured)
Cost: US $250 (based on product selection)
The Executive Kit - For people serious about building a large business fast.
This is the kit to get if you're serious about duplication, leverage and building a large business. You receive 16 boxes of product (480 packets), so you've got plenty of inventory to lend to new Team Members while they wait for their own Executive Kit to arrive, and plenty of samples to row your own business with the best tasting business card in the world. You also get the business-building tools you need to grow volume and recruit leaders. It's the perfect kit for the serious business builder.
The Executive Kit Includes:
- Access to Executive Bonuses (described below)
- 3 Income Centers
- 16 boxes of product (you select which)
- Two packets of 20 product brochures
- Two packets of 10 business brochures

If you can afford it, this is the kit to purchase! It gives you the tools and products you need to begin building your business quickly, give you access to extra bonus payments and shows your commitment to your new business. Agel's Quadra-Plan incorporates the very best elements of the four most successful old-style compensation plans - but leaves out the limiting and penalizing characteristics of each. It is the most lucrative and generous plan ever developed.

The Agel Quadra-Plan focuses on three important business building concepts; sponsoring new Team Members, product sales volume and leadership. The pay plan encourages and rewards your efforts in these areas.
Agel's Quadra-Plan offers you 8 different ways to earn. Most of them are of the residual variety, and they have pioneered the Leveraged Matching Bonus, the most important innovation in compensation plans of the last 15 or 20 years.
The compensation plan provides three types of income; transaction income, leveraged residual income and bonuses.
Transaction income provides you money each time you perform a certain action.
The two transaction components of the Quandra-Plan are retail sales and Fast Start Bonuses.
1. Retail Profits
As an Agel Team Member you can purchase products at wholesale cost, and market them for the Suggested Retail Price, which earns you a 20% immediate profit to keep.
2. Fast Start Bonuses
This is a way you can start earning right away. For people who need money right away, the Fast Start Commission allows you to get into profit quickly.
- When you enroll someone who purchases the Executive Kit, you will receive a US $200 bonus on their initial product order.
- When you enroll someone who purchases the Retailer Kit, you will receive a US $35 bonus on their initial product order.
Residual income is what it is all about!
Residual income is income that continues to pay you for the work you did one time. But the problem with so many network marketing pay plans is that the income really isn't residual when you have to keep "qualifying" and meeting quotas And when the rules make it so that your income goes down when you stop building your business, how can that be considered "residual?"
The two leveraged residual income components of the Quandra-Plan are the Team Volume Commissions and the Leveraged Matching Bonus.
3. Team Volume Commissions (TVC)
With Agel, everyone builds two teams; a left team and a right team. This two-team structure is designed to help support depth building in the group, and ensure that you have a strong line of sponsorship support above you.
Because everyone builds a two-team structure, there is a real possibility that people above you will be placing new enrollees in your organization. And that volume counts toward your team volume.
For this commission, you earn 10% per month on the CV (Commissionable Volume) generated in your lesser team. Team Volume Commissions (TVC) are paid up to 250,000 CV per month. That means that you can earn a maximum of US $25,000 a month, just in this one part of the Quadra-Plan.
And that's just on one income center. When you purchase the Executive Kit as your Activation Order, you get three income centers tripling the maximum TVC to US $75,000!
4. Leveraged Matching Bonus (LMB)
When you really understand this bonus, you'll appreciate why we say that the Quadra-Plan is the biggest innovation in pay plans in the last 15 or 20 years! This element rewards leaders with very strong residual income and allows you to access volume deep into your organization. Here's how it works:
The Leveraged Matching Bonus (LMB) is a matching bonus from 25-50% of the Team Volume Commission (TVC) earned by each Team Member you personally enroll. They never "break away" from you, and it doesn't matter what level they are on in your teams (no matter how far down). They always remain your personal enrollee, and you will always receive the matching bonus on whatever they earn for TVC.
Not only do you earn this bonus on those that you personally sponsor, you also earn it on the people that they sponsor (as your second generation). You begin by earning a LMB through four generation of sponsorship. A bonus on the people that you sponsor, that they sponsor, that they sponsor, and that they sponsor!
Then, as you progress into the higher ranks of the plan, you qualify to get paid even more generations. You can actually qualify for a LMB down through seven sponsorship levels. This bonus offers the most lucrative reward for leaders in the industry.
