Amazing Breakthrough Technology,
Global Residual Income, Your Chance To Be First

A Simple Idea:  Gel-based Nutritional Supplements

When you make a decision to partner with a company, there are a lot of things to consider.  You want to know that you'll have the support and training you need to be successful.  You want to be sure that the product line you're recommending is one you can stand behind.  And of course you want to know that the company is viable, and will be there for the long haul.

When it all works right, you have a company you're proud to be associated with, they support you building the business to the level you desire, you earn what you're really worth, and you have fun!

Let's jump back to November 2004 and hear from Founder and CEO Glen Jensen just how Agel came to be:

I was lying in bed. I think a lot during the nights and unfortunately sometimes I don't end up sleeping a lot, so it was another one of those sleepless nights. And I was just sitting there thinking "OK what do I do with the future, what's going on, what's ahead of me, what's in store?"

And at that time, into my head popped "gel technologies" and "gelceuticals." So immediately I ran downstairs and did some searching on the Internet and realized that no one is doing anything along the lines of gelceuticals.

I got on the phone the next morning and called a good friend of mine, Craig Bradley. Craig was the president of another company at the time and has been in the industry for a lot of years as well.

And I said, "Craig, I've got it. You've got to come down and see what it is." So anyway he came down and I explained the concept of gelceuticals. Because growing up I always hated to take capsules, pills and so on - didn't really appreciate that.

With the technology, with what we've got, no one is doing anything with this. We will be a true market maker in this industry. We're the ones who are creating a whole new industry.

  - Glen Jensen, Agel CEO & Founder

The Brilliant Idea Attracted Start-Up Capital

Every start-up needs to be properly capitalized, but few really are.  In fact, undercapitalization is the leading cause of failure for new businesses.  Glen and Craig knew that it would be critical for Agel to have to financial backing to overcome any unexpected market challenges and persevere.  And their vision of such broad-based international expansion would take an extraordinary amount of capital.  But they were committed to offering the Agel vision worldwide.

So they sought the partnership of a strong and secure funding source.  That was achieved and Agel entered the market with the financial clout to dominate markets, expand aggressively and provide the support team you need for success.

Good Money = Good Management

Because of the strong financial backing Agel was able to secure (ask Randy Schroeder about the "bidding war" that went on between two potential funding companies), Agel was able to attract and assemble the strongest management team ever seen for a start-up company (and quite a bit better than some "established" companies).

The company brass boasts decades of highly successful experience, both inside and outside the industry.  Agel has the capacity for huge growth, both domestically and internationally.  They have put a support structure in place to guide you, coach you and train you in the best ways to build your business.

Why is it so important to you that Agel has a seasoned and experienced team at the helm?  Because experience equals credibility and long-term viability.  This Agel executive team has already done for others, what they are doing for us right now.  No company can be any better than the integrity, the vision and the know-how of the executive team.  The talented executives that founded Agel are a large part of why this company reached profitability its first month, launched in 12 countries within its first month.

This executive team isn't learning on the job. These gentlemen are industry veterans, business icons, really, who have been responsible for running companies with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Take a minute to review the some career highlights for each of these leaders.  You'll soon see why Agel's executive team is the envy of the industry.

Introducing the Network Marketing "Dream Team":

CEO - GLEN JENSEN
 inspiration + insomnia = ingenuity

Glen Jensen can’t sleep. He doesn’t suffer from insomnia. Glen just has too many ideas. You could say his problem is inspiration overload. Most people would sacrifice a little ingenuity for some peace and quiet. Glen, on the other hand, embraces his warp-speed creativity. He is an entrepreneur extraordinaire. And due to his energetic and insightful spirit of leadership, he has generated real rewards for thousands all over the world.

Through intuition and forethought, Glen has developed and managed several network marketing companies to new levels of success. Jensen served as President of one based in Provo, Utah for 4 years.

Much of Glen's success at building revenue comes from his immense knowledge of developing and cultivating business opportunities in domestic and foreign markets. Fluent in the Japanese language, Glen has built impressive sales organizations throughout Japan, as well as in the US, Asia, Europe, and Russia.

Prior to Glen’s most recent work, he created a licensee of an international network marketing corporation, and built sales to $5 million a month within a two-year period. He also served as the International Director another company opening markets for the company in Russia and Japan and leading it to record sales. Jensen spent time living in Japan where he worked in the New Product Research and Development department for a pharmaceutical company. In Osaka, Japan, and early in his career, was a Customer Service Supervisor for another Provo-based corporation, overseeing customer service agents in the Korean, Japanese, Canadian, and Spanish speaking departments. Glen holds a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.

For Glen, true success is achieved when individuals work together as a team, supporting one another’s goals and helping each individual. “I love network marketing because it speaks to the heart of the human spirit,” Glen says. “Unlike any other business, network marketing fosters a sense of caring and a desire to see others in your organization succeed. You can’t be selfish and make it in this industry. Agel will be the finest representation of this spirit that this industry has ever seen.”

President - CRAIG BRADLEY
 a passion for others' success

A decade and a half of network marketing, and Craig Bradley’s just getting started. Craig thrives on building successful businesses grounded in quality products, a lucrative compensation plan, and a strong management team. He has spent these past years preparing to implement the sum of his knowledge in the form of Agel.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Craig learned the basics of sound business building at an early age. He co-owned a multimillion-dollar specialty advertising company based in Sandy, Utah catering specifically to the network marketing industry.

Craig also served three years as Vice President of North American Sales for the multimillion-dollar nutritional company. As Vice President of Sales for a network marketing company in Idaho Falls, for 8 years, Craig lead the company to consistent and historical annual revenue growth. Most recently, Craig co-founded and served as President of Global Sales and Marketing for a very successful Texas-based network marketing company.

For Craig, the key to a distributor’s success in the network marketing industry is a solid understanding of the business and confidence. His passion is in creating opportunities that foster individuals’ abilities to succeed. He finds real reward in working side-by-side with those who are committed to making a difference in their own lives and in the lives of everyone they encounter.

COO - DARREN JENSEN

Darren Jensen has always wanted to be in deep behind enemy lines on a top-secret mission for Special Ops. Well, he is Agel’s Director of Operations, and we think he’s pretty special. So we hope that will suffice.

Darren is a network marketing Renaissance Man. Throughout his 15 years of experience in the industry, Darren’s held vital management positions in business development departments, international marketing teams, product development panels, and, of course, operations.

Darren says his philosophy is simple, “innovation no longer exists. If everyone claims to be ‘innovative’, what’s innovative about that? Great opportunities are now created through smart, realistic plans that improve on what’s been done before.”

VP of Sales - JEFF HIGGINSON

Jeff Higginson has often said, "What attracts people to Agel is the chance to build better lives for others while improving one's own." Seen through this lens, Jeff is a perfect role model. When not traveling the globe to nurture a growing and enthusiastic team, Jeff can be found leading local city council meetings, volunteering as Santa Claus, coaching high school sports, or spending time with his wife and four children. Service to others is a formula that works for Jeff.

He honed his sales and marketing skills during a decade in the automotive industry that found him as the top salesman month after month after month—79 straight months during one run, in fact. Numerous awards attest to his dedication and hard work.

Fortunately, Jeff isn't all work and no play. He's an avid sports nut with a passion for a good hot dog, fresh air, and the sounds of a great ballgame.

VP of New Member Services - BRENT JENSEN

How would you like to spend the next 15 years of your life circling the globe? Just ask Brent Jensen, Agel’s Director of International Sales.

For the past 15 years Brent has visited nation after nation, building businesses worldwide. At the Burton Group, Brent handled all international and federal business development for over 4 years. At ProMidix and the Associates Commercial Corporation, he served as National Sales Director. While at NuSkin International, a billion-dollar network marketing company, Brent headed up International Marketing and Product Development for another 4 years.

Brent’s passion is found in helping enhance the lifestyles of the people who live in countries with less prosperity than ours. “To see people abroad achieve their wildest dreams is what makes sitting on airplanes and eating miniscule bags of peanuts totally worthwhile.”

VP of Marketing - TOBY NORTON

Toby Norton is bald, but he brings 10 years of solid sales and marketing experience to Agel. An entrepreneur himself, Toby’s developed key marketing strategies and solid sales tactics that consistently skyrocketed his revenues.

Most recently, Toby worked at the ClassicStar headquarters in Centerville, Utah. ClassicStar is a pioneering thoroughbred breeding and racing company. He lead the over 70 individuals of the Sales and Marketing Department and set new standards for the industry. Through his efforts, Toby helped grow ClassicStar to a $180 million a year operation.

What do horses have to do with nutrition? Absolutely nothing. But like a lot of us, Toby wanted a change. He craves a fresh approach to marketing and believes there is no better way to own and develop an individual business than through network marketing. “There’s nothing better than to wake up every morning knowing that your day’s work is building something long term for yourself and your family. And really, I shave my head, that’s all.”
