GFG Foundation and LIBERTY Gala葲i will launch the Summer Robotics Club, a new educational project for their employees’ children.

During Children’s Month, GFG Foundation and LIBERTY Gala葲i are offering an amazing opportunity to employees’ children, a fun club with robotics courses which will run across the summer holidays. 天博体育官方网站 course aims to prepare the young people for the future and develop their passion for innovative subjects to complement their school curricula.

Launched this year as a pilot project, 120 children of LIBERTY Galati employees will have the chance to participate in the free robotics courses during July and August. 天博体育官方网站 first four groups will see up to 50 children coming together to study robotics for four weeks in July, while the second groups will study in August, with each child attending at least 8 classes on robotics. In the workshops, children will also get the opportunity to build various robot models using intuitive software and LEGO pieces.

Recently, GFG Foundation announced the second class in the dual education programme at Paul Dimo Technological High School, a programme that combines theoretical knowledge taught by teachers with practical activities carried out with the help of LIBERTY Galati mentors and offers a UK accredited qualification. Also, GFG Foundation Romania and LIBERTY Galati are showing their support for the Galati community and the education of the city鈥檚 younger generation by attending the City Hall in the Gala of Excellence in Education, contributing to the rewarding of 800 students, from 5th to 12th classes, who finished the school year 2022-2023 with an overall grade of 10. 天博体育官方网站 academic performance and development of young people in Galati is a key priority for GFG Foundation and LIBERTY, which in recent years have initiated multiple projects dedicated to support the abilities of students and graduates of schools with a technological profile.
